The post: \"I have same issue with my Dell Latitude D620 after I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro 32 bit version. Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller worked (17.0.x) fine with W7 before upgrade. I finally fixed the issue by using an older version of the driver... in my case it was Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit Controller version 16.8.1.0 [9/12/1013]. You will find this driver available in the windows driver list automatically available to you from within Device Manager. I installed it from Device Manager... choose Browser my computer for driver- Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer. You will see this driver in the list. It worked for me ! Hope this helps.\"
I have a Dell D830 which has a Broadcom 57xx Ethernet NIC. I just noticed that the speed of the controller is listed as 100 Mb. When I went to the device manager, I found the following:Device :Broadcom NetXtreme 57xx Gigabit ControllerDriver: Microsoft ver 10.100.3.0 (b57nd60a.sys)Properties.Advanced.Speed&Duplex: Auto (The drop down box lists 10 Mb Full, 10Mb Half, 100 Mb Full, 100 Mb Half, Auto)Loading the driver from Broadcom gives the same result. Is there a registry setting that limits the maximum controller speed. 1e1e36bf2d
